Second easel card...

Hello all! I hope you had a nice Sunday, despite the weather! I have had a great day (Mother's Day in France :-)
Yesterday I posted my first easel card and I really enjoyed myself, so I decided I would make another one! This one is for my lovely stepdaughter's birthday tomorrow. She just loves Twilight... So a few weeks ago I bought Edward (er... the Greeting Farm stamp...) with her birthday in mind! I hope she likes it!

I used the sketch from All That Scraps Challenge Blog (great sketch by Janneke), and I will also enter my card into A Spoon Full of Sugar (Challenge 105 - Celebrations) and My Partner in Crafting Crime (Challenge 3 - Happy Birthday), a new blog I found thanks to the lovely Coops! I really like their name :-)
Here is the front of my card...

Copics: B00, B02, B12 (I think, forgot to write them down) C1, C3, C5, C7, E000, E00, R20
Stamp: The Greeting Farm - Edward
Papers: digital by Pink Petticoatink
Card Candy: Craftwork Cards
Tools: Fiskars punch (scalloped lace), ink blending tool and ColorBox ink (baby blue)
Ribbon from stash, computer generated sentiment

And here is the whole easel card...

Well, I guess that's all for tonight... Thank you so much for visiting my blog! Enjoy the rest of your evening and talk to you soon!
Hugs,

First easel card and masking...

Hello! I hope you are all well and enjoying your weekend! Rainy day in France, too bad for tennis fans... My card today is my very first easel card and it is also the first time that I have masked an image (and I found it a bit difficult with RUBBER stamps, so I had to try several times to have my character sitting on the fence and not sitting... in the sky :-)!

I am going to enter it into several challenges:
Colour Create - Challenge 45 - Soft green and light aqua (the optional extra is butterflies)
Anya Ink - Challenge 1 - Easel card
Anyone for Anya -Double Trouble (use 2 images)
Totally Gorjuss - Challenge 32 - Wings
Simon Says Stamp - Pink or blue with green and brown

Here is the front part of my card.

Copics: Skin and hair: E000, E00, E27, E29, E31, R20 - Clothes: B00, B02, B91, B93, B95, B97, BG000, G000, G00, G02, YG11 - Fence: E33, E35, E37, E47 - Grass and flowers: BG000, Y00, Y11, YG03, YG11, YG13, YG17, YG63, YG67
Stamps: CC Designs (Field Fence, Lederhosen Hansel, butterflies and sentiment)
DP: Doodlebug
Tools and other: MS doily lace punch, ink blending tool, blue chalk, Star dust Stickles, gems and ribbon

And here is the whole easel card...

I have chosen to keep my card quite simple because I wanted the image and butterflies to be the focus of the card.
Thank you all for visiting my blog and for all your lovely comments! I really appreciate :-)!
Have a great weekend and talk to you soon!

Hugs,

Pink and grey Christmas card...

Hello all! I hope you are all well after such a hot day! I don't like it when it is too hot, so best thing to do... make a Christmas card!

It fits two challenges...
ABC Christmas Challenge - K is for Kisses... and this image is the closest I could find... so I hope a hug is OK!
Winter Wonderland - Sketch - I followed Marianne's great (and first!) sketch!

Stamp: Mouse Hug - Rachelle Anne Miller/Stampavie
Copics: C1, C3, C5, C7, E31, E33, E35, E50, E51, E53, R00, R02, RV000, RV00, RV21
Papers: Craft Creations (Christmas Scrolls) and glitter card
Tools: Snowflake punch, Cuttlebug die (snowflake), Nestabilities (Classic Circle and Classic Scalloped Circle) and ribbon

And a last view, the best (but still not very good) I could get!

I am going to link my card and then off to visit you! Enjoy your evening and talk to you soon!

A card for my son

Hello all! I hope you are all well! So, I am back with the second card I mentioned last night. It is for several challenges and for my almost-3-year-old son! He is always very interested in my cards (and markers...) and I thought he would be happy to have his own card! He wanted to have it even before it was finished but he kindly waited and I managed to take pictures before giving it to him!

Colour Create - Challenge 44 - Khaki, Aqua, Brown and Cream - the optional extra is circles, and they are having a DT Call
PaperPlay - Week 19 - Brown and...?
Totally Gorjuss - Challenge 30 - Round and Round (I hope they will find my card gorjuss enough, even if it is a boy's card!)
Stampin' For The Weekend - A card for a male
Cute Card Thursday - Challenge 112 - Someone Special (my youngest son!)

Stamp: Oliver - The Greeting Farm (Happy Day Set)
Copics: BG11, BG13, BG23, C1, C3, C5, E08, E19, E25, E27, E29, E31, E35, E51, E53, YG63, YG67
Papers: Wild Rose Studio (Milton & Co - Brown with circles), Pink Petticoat (gingham), Toga (brown stripes)
Tools: Nestabilities (circles), white gel pen, card candy (Craftworks Card)

I used 3D pads for Oliver only, the rhino and brown dinosaur are supposed to be in the background, but it is not obvious on the photo, better IRL!

I used a second sheet of  Wild Rose Studio paper to add the big circle to the top (there are 3 layers in fact - brown CS, DP, and gingham circles), and I also used the idea of white faux stitching from the Wild Rose Studio paper, using my circle die as a "guide/template".

I think that's it! Enjoy your evening and thank you very much for your time - taking the time to read, visit my blog and leave comments! I really appreciate!

Hugs,

Dashing through the snow...

Hello all! I hope you had a nice weekend. Busy weekend for me! Here is my first card (I will probably post the second card tomorrow night :-))! A Christmas card for two challenges...

ABC Christmas Challenge - J is for Jingle Bells (+ punch)... I really wanted to take part but could not find a single stamp or paper with bells on it, so I thought I would use my Snoopy, dashing through the snow, as a reference to the first line of Jingle Bells! I hope it is OK and not too far-fetched... Then I managed to find ONE bell in my Christmas decorations box!
Winter Wonderland - See Amid the Winter's Snow - my first Winter Wonderland challenge!

Stamps: Peanuts Snow Sledding - Stampabilities, Sentiment - Personal Impressions
Copics: B00, B02, B05, BG000, C1, E51, R24, R27, R29, Y15, Y17
Paper: Pinecone Press
Tools: Snowflake punch, Distress Ink (Broken China), Ink Blending tool, star dust stickles
For the strip in the middle, I used a snowflake punch on Post-Its, placed them on white cardstock then inked with Distress Ink.
One more thing, if you are looking for candy, you should visit the ABC Christmas blog!
Good night all, talk to you tomorrow!

Hugs,
Delphine xx

Ronnie Relaxing

For tonight's card, I have used a special digi... In memory of her Dad, Emma and her family are trying to raise funds for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance Charity. Paula from Pollycraft drew a special edition digi to help her raise money. Every penny goes to the Charity. You can get all the details here and you can get this fantastic digi from Emma or from Pollycraft for £1.50. Once you have your image, use it on a project and take part in Emma's Charity Challenge.
So this card is for Emma's Charity Challenge and also for Allsorts Challenge - Week 50 - Animals.

Image: Ronnie Relaxing - Pollycraft
Copics: B00, B02, B05, B93, B95, B97, BV02, C1, C3, C5, E31, E33, E35, E37, E43, R24, Y17, YG63, YG67, YR00, YR02
DPs: Doodlebug (prints charming), Toga (Balade d'automne 5)
Other: ColorBox ink (Baby Blue)

And here is a close up...

If you want to help Emma raise money, get your image and enter her challenge, you have until 5th May!
